Join us for a soul-nourishing workshop, journaling, vision boarding and more. This experience will help you reconnect to yourself, your sense of purpose and your goals.
Aoife will guide you through a sequence of journaling exercises to reflect on your ‘Ikigai’ a Japanese concept referring to something that gives a person a sense of purpose, a reason for living. This same process has helped Aoife uncover her 'why' which helped her build a sustainable brand with purpose.
You’ll then create your vision board, further helping you to visualise and imagine what you want to experience in your life, how you want to feel, what you want to create and what you are calling into your life.
